Odele For Good Partner Spotlight: Jeremiah Program

We’ve always believed in the power of giving back. From our start, we’ve been committed to reinvesting in our community by providing product and monetary donations to support essential resources, disaster relief efforts, and programs that uplift women and families.

As a brand founded and led by three women, we understand firsthand the impact of closing opportunity gaps that limit women’s potential. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to expand access to possibility and break down the barriers that hold women—and society—back.

Through Odele For Good, we use our platform and resources to help more women thrive. By partnering with organizations that share our vision, we’re working to empower women in entrepreneurship, education and community—ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Featured partner: Jeremiah Program

We’re excited to spotlight our amazing partner for a second year, Jeremiah Program—a national nonprofit on a mission to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time. Through education, mentorship, housing support and community, Jeremiah Program partners with women on their journeys to economic mobility, giving them the tools and resources they need to build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

How we’re working together

As part of our partnership with Jeremiah Program, we sponsored their 2026 Summit Weekend, a transformative gathering that unites over 2,500 moms, alumni, educators, system changemakers and partners in person and virtually all working toward a common goal: eliminating the barriers to women’s economic mobility.

A highlight of the weekend is the annual JP Spark Tank, a one-of-a-kind pitch competition that elevates Jeremiah Program moms and alumni by driving coaching and funding to their existing business ventures or new business ideas. Of the 8 mompreneurs who pitched their businesses, three finalists were selected to win prizes. We were honored to have Odele’s COO, Shanti Vadlamudi, serve as a finalist judge for this year's event. She heard inspiring stories from so many mompreneurs who are using their businesses to support families and create meaningful change in their communities.

Along with her fellow finalist judges, Shanti helped select NeuroNook as the winner of the 2026 Spark Tank and the Inspiration Award, presenting founder Jacqueline Kyle with a $10,000 prize to help fuel her business growth.

Meet the finalists:

1. Jacqueline Kyle with NeuroNook — 1st place (awarded $10,000) plus $2,500 Audience Inspiration Award

NeuroNook is a trauma informed sensory advocacy program designed to support neurodivergent children and their caregivers, particularly within families impacted by domestic violence and housing instability. The program bridges the gap between trauma services and neurodiversity-affirming care by providing sensory toolkits, caregiver education, and staff training for shelters and community organizations.

2. Ashley Dubose with ReFresh Real Estate LLC — 2nd place (awarded $5,000)

ReFresh Real Estate is a mission-driven real estate development company focused on creating safe, affordable housing and pathways to homeownership in North Minneapolis and St. Paul. Through partnerships with the City of Minneapolis, ReFresh Real Estate transforms city-owned vacant lots and condemned buildings into quality housing that strengthens neighborhoods, increases property values, and returns tax-producing assets to the community.

3. Mariela Regalado with Dream B.I.G. Scholars — 3rd place (awarded $2,500) plus $2,500 Audience Inspiration Award

Dream Big Scholars is a college and career readiness organization. Programming focuses on helping parents and community members understand how decisions made in middle school and early high school impact college access, affordability, and long-term economic mobility. It provides workshops and digital tools that break down college planning timelines, FAFSA and financial aid systems, scholarship strategy, and long-term education funding options.
