Shipping policy

Shipping
Shipping fees are waived on domestic orders exceeding $50. For domestic orders under $50, we share the cost of shipping with our customers and charge a flat fee of $8 per order. Shipments will be received within 5-7 business days upon placement of the order.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, all full-sized items purchased domestically can be returned within 30 days. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit. You can initiate U.S. returns here.*

*If you purchased Odele at one of our retailers, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased.
