Beauty with purpose.

Odele For Good

We started Odele to make what was once exclusive, more accessible—in beauty and beyond.

As an extension of that mission, Odele For Good works to make opportunity more accessible and give more women the chance to reach their full potential.

Our commitment

Through Odele For Good, we invest in organizations that break down barriers and empower women in entrepreneurship, education and community.

Because these gaps won't close themselves.

Women face funding gaps.

Women entrepreneurs in the U.S. receive 14% less funding than men founders. Globally, women receive only 2% of total annual venture capital investment.

Women face earning gaps.

Women control 85% of consumer spending in the U.S. yet continue to earn 82 cents on the dollar in comparison to men.

Two women with wavy hair, seen from behind, lean their heads together. One has brown hair with a tortoise-shell hair clip, and the other has blonde hair with a metallic hair clip. Both wear neutral-colored tops.

Women face networking gaps.

Women in the U.S. are 28% less likely to have a strong network.

+ Community care, always.

While our giving program has evolved since 2020, we remain committed to supporting mutual aid efforts in Minnesota and beyond.

Over the years, we’ve donated through financial grants and product donations to organizations that provide essential resources, disaster relief and support for our most vulnerable communities.
