Odele Launches ‘Odele For Good’

Today, we launched Odele For Good, our long-term social impact platform. As a brand, we're on a mission to make prestige-quality products accessible to all, and Odele For Good extends that mission with a commitment to broaden access to opportunity for women and girls, through career development, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Despite decades of progress, many women still face numerous obstacles to achieving their full potential. Female entrepreneurs in the U.S. receive 14% less funding than male founders and are 28% less likely to have a strong network. To address these challenges, Odele For Good will focus on three strategic pillars:

  • Entrepreneurship Support: Helping more women-owned businesses thrive.
  • Education and Resources: Empowering economically disadvantaged women and girls with the building blocks of opportunity.
  • Networking and Mentorship: Helping women build meaningful connections and community in order to advance their ideas and impact.

“At Odele, we exist to break barriers, to make accessible what was once exclusive, and since launch, that applies to more than just our product. We hope our collective efforts of giving and fostering connections and community translates to creating opportunities for others to achieve their full potential,” said Lindsay Holden, Odele Co-Founder. “As female founders, we have the honor and responsibility to create a brand that has impact far beyond the shower shelf. One that lifts others up and creates pathways for women and the next generation to dream bigger and achieve those dreams with confidence and support.”

In 2025 alone, Odele For Good will directly impact more than 650 entrepreneurs and Minneapolis youth, with ambitions to expand reach as the platform evolves. To create lasting change, we're building long-term alliances with three signature partners: the Jeremiah Program, a national organization with a mission to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children, two generations at a time; the WNBA Minnesota Lynx; and Girls Taking Action, a Minneapolis-based non-profit organization committed to empowering girls in local communities.

We sponsored Jeremiah Program's Spark Tank pitch competition and 2025 Summit Weekend, an event that convened 500 women to provide funding, education and community support to help moms and program alumni thrive. As part of our event sponsorship, we will provide ongoing mentorship and one-on-one coaching to three 2025 Spark Tank finalists to help them refine their business ideas, overcome challenges and grow their networks.

“Odele is more than a brand, they are genuine partners in our mission to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children,” said Gloria Gonzales-Dholakia, Vice President of Alumni and Public Policy at the Jeremiah Program. “Odele’s investment in our mompreneurs through Spark Tank, mentorship, and generous donations reflects a true commitment to economic mobility. Together, we’re creating more pathways for our moms to lead, launch, and thrive.”

We're continuing our multi-year partnership with the WNBA Minnesota Lynx to focus on confidence-building and empowerment for women and youth, on and off the court. In addition to sponsoring the Lynx game on Tuesday, July 22—dubbed “Inspiring Women’s Night”—we will host a special event on Saturday, July 26, bringing together Lynx players, Odele leaders, and youth from Girls Taking Action for a day focused on mentorship, leadership development and the power of sports.

“We’re incredibly proud to partner with Odele, a Minnesota-based, woman-founded brand that shares our commitment to empowering women and youth,” said Minnesota Lynx President of Business Operations Carley Knox. “This partnership is about more than visibility—it’s about building confidence among women and girls and showing up with strength and authenticity, both on and off the court. Together, we’re taking the intersection of sports, beauty, community and culture to new heights.”

Our partnership with Girls Taking Action, which is focused on fostering positive change in girls, also includes year-round employee volunteerism, leadership engagement and direct funding support, such as scholarships.

“After 20 years of empowering and mentoring over 6,000 girls, Girls Taking Action is thrilled to partner with a female-founded company who is committed to joining us in our mission to continue to make a significant and positive difference in the lives of our girls through personal and leadership development,” said Dr. Verna Cornelia Price, Founder of Girls Taking Action. “I believe that Odele For Good adds a valuable support and resource to our girls and community and I am grateful for our new partnership.”

Impact and giving back are core to our ethos. Since our start, we have provided essential resources and supported numerous disaster relief efforts and programs that uplift women and families.
