"This has become my new favorite body wash. There is no detectible smell and it is non-drying to my skin. It rinses off cleanly without leaving my skin feeling coated or stripped. I would have preferred a pump bottle, but that isn't a deal-breaker. I fervently hope that this doesn't get changed or discontinued."
"I am allergic/sensitive to fragrances and was thrilled to find the original version of this conditioner, which actually moisturized my long, straight hair without weighing it down or causing rashes, itching, or break outs. It consistently left my slightly coarse hair tangle-free, silky soft, smooth, and very shiny. The new formula is not nearly as moisturizing yet my hair is visibly greasy almost immediately after showering. It also causes my scalp and skin to itch. PLEASE bring back the original formula; there aren't many fragrance-free shampoos/conditioners, but I've probably tried them all and the original formula was by far the best one I found. For now, I'm forced to resume the search for a new product."
"The old product was great, but the formula was recently changed. The old formula was thick and bright white. It left my hair clean and my skin wasn't irritated. It also didn't leave my hair greasy. The new formula, which is yellow and thinner, leaves my hair so greasy it has caused breakouts on my face and neck. I don't even use conditioner with the new formula because it would make it even greasier. Bring back the old formula please!!!"

This shampoo makes my coily hair so soft and soothes my sensitive scalp while still getting my hair clean. It will be my new staple. "I was so disappointed to receive my most recent order and realize the formula had changed. I have a contact allergy to all glucosides and was previously so excited that this clean shampoo did not contain any of them. It looks like they added coco glucoside recently, so I can’t use it anymore. Glad I caught it before using it, though! A warning or some kind of indicator on the bottle that there’s a new formula would be super helpful in the future. I noticed the change in color and checked before using."
"As a girl with severe allergic dermatitis, I did not know that you changed the formula. I had to go to the doctor today and get a steroid shot because I broke out in a severe rash after using the new formula . I didn’t think anything of it because I have been using this product for YEARS and it’s the only one that I’ve been able to use that doesn’t leave my hair feeling greasy. When I got home from the doctor, I compared the bottle I was using to the bottle I just bought and that’s how I found out. Very disappointing and actually heartbreaking. It is hard enough as it is to find products that I am able to use."
