Why did you reformulate this?
"Just adding another voice to the chorus, that I loved the original and am very skeptical of this reformulation. Coconut oil does not do well for my hair or scalp, and I'm actually very surprised at putting this ingredient in a product labeled "ultra-sensitive". The amodimethicone in the old version was the main reason I liked it. Now there is zero amodimethicone. Please bring back the original! I know I will get a canned response, and have to look to other brands. . . again. . ."

New formula is terrible
"I'm so disappointed with this new formulation. I do not understand why you would remove amodimethicone, the ingredient that made this conditioner so good, and add coconut oil to a conditioner for people with sensitive skin and allergies. Coconut is a well known allergen for so many people. Really disappointing."

Incredible
"One of THE best shampoos I have ever used even when I used scented. This has been a miracle for my overly sensitive scalp."

New formulation not effective nor ultra-sensative
"I am devastated at the reformulation. The previous version was great! Softening, smoothing AND non-irritating. The new formula is less smoothing, less softening, greasier, AND irritating to my sensitive skin and scalp. I'm super bummed as most fragrance free conditioners are inadequate for my hair needs or contain other ingredients I am sensitive to. I hope the prior formulation comes back!"

Please bring back og formula
"The original formula contained silicones, specifically amodimethicone, and the reformulation took out all the good stuff and replaced with sub par conditioning agents and coconut oil. Why? Amodimethicone is such an amazing ingredient for not only protecting, but also repairing damaged hair strands, smoothing, controlling and reducing frizz. The old formula was perfection. Odele really had a nice little section of the market all to themselves and they shot theselves in the foot with this one. If they start removing silicones from all their products, they will become another sub par greenwashed brand that is now a dime a dozen."

Sensitive Scalp Conditioner
"I left a 1-star review based on my personal experience, but that doesn’t mean this product won’t work well for someone else. The conditioner did make my hair feel soft and it has a pleasant, light scent. However, it caused noticeable itchiness on my scalp after use."

New formula removed amodimethicone
"They reformulated and removed anodimethicone. My hair responds quite well to this ingredient, and unfortunately will have to try and find another fragrance free option that includes this."

Whyyyyyy
"WHY reformulate a product that works so well?! It’s not just Odele — every brand does this and it’s infuriating. It’s hard enough to find hair/skin/bath products that are fragrance free, let alone ones that actually perform. So disappointed."

"I payed for 2 sets of soap and only received 1 set"

AVOID NEW FORMULATION- NO LONGER HYPOALLERGENIC
"The old formula was AMAZING! It was the only product that I could find that didn’t leave my hair feeling like straw without giving me an allergic reaction. They recently reformulated without notice, removing a key ingredient that set the formula apart from any other fragrance free option (amodimethicone) while adding in ingredients that hairdressers warn to avoid, as well as a common allergin! This product is no longer hypoallergenic and advertising it as such is false advertising! Not to mention how much of a downgrade the formula is in terms of hair benefits."
