"I usually love Odele products and have been using them for years, which is why I'm surprised I had a bad experience with this detangling tonic. I've used it multiple times and every single use has left my hair looking greasy with a thick film that transfers to my fingers (I've tried using less product, damp vs dry hair, etc). Not sure if I just got a bad batch, but definitely not repurchasing"
"First time using the Odell brand. Have thin hair which gets very tangled after washing- even w conditionings. Have tried many other deranging products with poor results. Tried this today and was AMAZED at how it worked- no tangles… no pulling!! Will be trying other products I. The future"

"Come on Odele. So many complaints about this bottle and sprayer. Please redesign this!! I end up just spraying or pouring product into my hands. The sprayer drips and does not rebound quick enough. It is splippery to hold because of the dripping. The product itself is pretty good, although, you have to be precise with application. Too much makes hair too overweight and too little makes hair too dry. I have 3C curls, with coarse texture."

"Nice detangler; works well for my 4C hair. The only thing I dislike is the spray top. It gets stuck after every spritz, and you have to wait until it fixes itself every few seconds or so."

"This is NOT natural fragrance. I have environmental illness and it made me very very ill. My lips and arms went numb, it gave me a massive headache, muscle pain, dizziness and shortness of breath. Not safe for environmentally sensitive people. Beware. I am very upset about this."
"Confusing how to open the container. Actually quite simple with instructions, but no instructions were provided. Nozzle sprays a stream, instead of a spritz or a spray as I was expecting/wanting. Also, product profusely drips from nozzle down onto the trigger and your fingers, wasting material and making a mess. Product has a very feminine "old lady" smell to it, which takes hours to wear off. Reminds me of a perfume my grandmother used to wear, which I hated the smell of. I don't care for that smell on my curly beard. Aside from all that, the product worked well as a detangler. A little sticky to start with, but that fades away. Made it much easier to get a brush through my long and curly beard. And did not leave any sticky or oily residue in my beard, like competitor's products do. Make improvements to the nozzle, and have the odor be more gender neutral, and it would be perfect."
