Please fix the pump
"Bought this today and can’t get the pump to work for the life of me. You’d think after so many complaints about the pump quality, Odele would make a change. Product itself is good but what’s the point if it’s such a hassle to get it out of the bottle?"

"I used to use Crown Affair's leave in conditioner. It is an excellent product, but the Odele leave in condition is just as good and a fraction of the price. I have fully switched to Odele. Thank you, Odele!"
conditioner is good but the container is not
"The past three-four containers of this leave-in conditioners that I have purchased at Target do not have a working pump to get the conditioner out of the container. I took one back and now have given up. I re-use a pump from an older purchase of this conditioner. This problem is getting old and I will have to switch to a different company's product, even though I do like the leave-in conditioner itself. I want to be able to use it without the frustration of a broken pump EVERY time! (The working pump says "open/close" on it. The non-working pumps do not have "open/close" on them. Either the company is being cheated, or the company has tried to save money on pumps that are not usable."

"I feel like it made my hair shiny and softer. The one thing that I have issues with is the scent. I personally strongly dislike it so it’s hard to have the smell lingering on my hair. I appreciate they are using natural fragrance just wish it smelled better."
