Not enough hold for coily hair

"I tried the Odele flax gel as an alternative to the Mielle Pomegrante curl custard that I use. I loved that the Odele gel was lightweight and didn't leave a lot of white cast. For the first few hours my coils were really defined and soft. However, the gel didn't have enough hold. By evening my hair was frizzy without an definition and felt dry. I used the flax gel along with the Odele shampoo, moisture mask, and leave in conditioner. Sadly, this line just didn't have enough hold or moisture for me. I do love that they offer trial sizes so I didn't have to commit to a full size bottle."

"My curly hair and I have searched for years for a product that makes my hair look defined and controlled and it's this product! I use the curl defining shampoo & conditioner along with the leave in conditioner before this gel. I use a bit more than you would think is necessary because my hair is a medium/coarse texture. I know this won't be a universal experience for everyone with curls but I genuinely think it is well worth the try."
