"Bought this today and can’t get the pump to work for the life of me. You’d think after so many complaints about the pump quality, Odele would make a change. Product itself is good but what’s the point if it’s such a hassle to get it out of the bottle?"

"The past three-four containers of this leave-in conditioners that I have purchased at Target do not have a working pump to get the conditioner out of the container. I took one back and now have given up. I re-use a pump from an older purchase of this conditioner. This problem is getting old and I will have to switch to a different company's product, even though I do like the leave-in conditioner itself. I want to be able to use it without the frustration of a broken pump EVERY time! (The working pump says "open/close" on it. The non-working pumps do not have "open/close" on them. Either the company is being cheated, or the company has tried to save money on pumps that are not usable."
