sticky, stiff hair

"everytime I try to use this, it leaves my hair this sticky, super stiff, looks like greasy hair look. this is the second time I’ve tried this product but it’s just the same thing over again. from videos peoples hair looks so soft & voluminous but mines looks like 5 day hair. maybe im doing something wrong?"
