I'm disappointed because I like this brand. For context, I'm a man with nose-length hair. It is fine-strand, densely populated, and slightly wavy. The Dry Shampoo and Clarifying Shampoo from have worked well for me."

"Not sure if I got a bad batch or not, but I thought it was the consistency of a serum. You have to use a LOT to coat your hair and if there's any water in it, it almost feels like its non existent. Not sure how it affected my hair really, havent noticed any difference. I love their other products though! The other conditioner is tried from them had a better cream consistency but makes the top of my head greasy even with the clarifying shampoo which is a favorite. I also wish they would get rid of polysorbate 20 in their volumizing serum, disappointed in that. Not a good ingredient at all. They also need to work on their packaging, the conditioner spilled a bit because it had to protection if anything squished it. Others mention this as well."
