"Please be very cautious when buying this product. I bought it and recommended it to my mom. We are both experiencing hair loss. My mom lost all of her hair on the sides and back. My hair is coming out in clumps. Every time I touch it, hair is still falling out. I stopped using this shampoo and my hair is still falling out. I only used it twice Very disappointed in this company. The company has been contacted but they told my mom her hair loss is more likely due to her age and menopause. I’m thinking about sending this shampoo to an independent lab for testing. This shampoo needs to be pulled off shelves. This is the only shampoo I’ve been using. I wouldn’t buy this shampoo. I’m so confused by all the reviews. Maybe the formula was changed. I don’t know but the picture is the hair that came out from just touching my hair. No combing! I wouldn’t buy this product."

"I have been on the lookout for a good chelating shampoo that won't break the bank and I'm SO glad I found this one. This leaves my curly/wavy hair feeling not only clean but also SO soft--almost as if I'd already put conditioner in. I even in a pinch used this to rinse my hair after a swim and didn't have conditioner to put in afterward (although I did use a leave-in). My hair actually looked amazing after air-drying. I use it only once a week although I'm thinking about just making it my main daily shampoo because of how nice my hair feels afterward."

"Moved to a rural area with hard water two years ago. Resulted in embarrassing yellow hair as a result from mineral buildup! Had no other option but to cut my beautiful hair short. After searching for 2 years and trying multiple products this is my go to! Make sure you use once a week and put a heavy conditioner on afterwards. Amazing product!
